Painters-Online is a very friendly website for artists to exchange views and comments. The people there are predominantly British. I have been a regular visitor for almost two years now. You might be interested to go and have a look for yourself.
They offer a vast amount of information. You can set up your own picture gallery or enjoy the daily additions by other members. You can join discussions on the forum, and ask questions about art related subjects. You can start a BLOG, and you can have a look at their collection of videos.
I am running a weekly BLOG update on the site which has received some encouraging comments.
