How to Paint Flowers in Watercolour – Art Tuition Video No.140

In this almost 7 minute time-lapse video Elizabeth Tyler reveals a number of very interesting approaches to watercolour painting.

Elizabeth uses plastic sheeting and masking fluid to cover certain areas of her work to paint the background. We also see how details are added with a fan brush and watercolour pencils. As always her results are fantastic.

Most of those techniques can also be adapted to painting in acrylics.

Hope you like my choice of the day.
