Unwanted Redirect to Unknown Website

Pat Harrison´s webshop

LINK to Website

Since yesterday I get redirected to 123-reg.co.uk whenever I go to my favourite painters-online website forum. The redirect feature simply deletes the forum extension from the website´s address and tells me that the site has expired.

Does anybody know if this is a virus on my PC which my antivirus has missed or is it something that someone has attached to the POL website?

A friend is having the same problem.

About Pat Harrison

Painting and drawing have been my passion from early childhood. I have attended numerous exhibitions in England and Germany. Presented with the Judges Award at a show I now have one of my paintings on permanent display at a museum in Greater London with growing sales and commissions.

http://www.painters-online.com/ is up and running… http://www.painters-online.co.uk may take a little longer.

    From the Facebook page:
“Quick update for you all – we are still having issues with getting painters-online.co.uk back online (the problem is out of our hands entirely but we are on the case of those whose responsibility this mess is!). We have http://www.painters-online.com up and running and have made most links functional again throughout the site. Please visit us on .com and be assured everything is perfectly secure as always.”

  2. Thank you Pamela and Robert. A friend is also having problems accessing one of my personal websites which was working fine until yesterday.
Some people can access it others can´t. It maybe some cyber attack on sites containing the letters UK.

I am having the same problem.

It’s not you – the site is experiencing technical problems; oddly, some of us can log in, and some can’t – I couldn’t yesterday, and can today. Others got another company altogether coming up, and then the ‘domain expired’ notice. But rest easy, you don’t have a virus.
