How my Daughter´s Painting made it to The Louvre

When in Paris you must not miss visiting The Louvre. There are many paintings of world fame to be seen and admired. For a brief period one of my daughter´s paintings also made it to this famous museum.

Here is how it happened.

We went to Paris to visit a friend and we had arranged to meet at The Louvre. My daughter had painted a picture for her friend which she was going to present her with at the appointed meeting place. As we also wanted to go inside the museum and take a look at the collection we went to enquire if it was alright to bring a painting.

We were asked if it was any good. We assured the official that it most certainly was. So he gave permission for my daughter´s painting to be left at the cloakroom while we went round the museum.
So my daughter can now truthfully claim that she has had a painting in The Louvre.
