Painting for an Exhibition – Acrylic Painting

painting by Pat Harrison

Black Forest Town

This is another painting which I have prepared for an exhibition which will take place in the wine-producing area of the Black Forest. The quaint old town you see in the picture lies on the outskirts of the Black Forest. There are many more timbered houses like these to be seen and the gates of the city walls all feature a tower like the one in my painting.

The composition is based on a photograph. The original is painted in acrylics on Daler Rowney acrylic pad size 21x30cm.

The original and limited edition prints are available upon enquiry.

There is an enlarged view when you click on the painting. You will find more pictures here.

About landscape painter

Painting and drawing have been my passion from early childhood. I have attended numerous exhibitions in England and Germany. Presented with the Judges Award at a show I now have one of my paintings on permanent display at a museum in Greater London with growing sales and commissions.
