Handing in for Exhibition at the Temporary Art Mall

Temporary Art Mall

This week I will have to hand in my paintings for an exhibition at the so-called Temporary Art Mall. The organisers have been staging these exhibitions at an old disused school in the weeks leading up to Christmas for the past nine years.

The exhibition will last from November 29 right up to December 24. About 100 artists will be participating. Visitors will be able to buy that special Christmas present and artists get a chance to sell their work.

We only had to pay a small fee once we were accepted. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I will be able to hand in some 10 to 15 paintings at no extra cost. However, we will also be charged a commission for every work sold.

About Pat Harrison

Painting and drawing have been my passion from early childhood. I have attended numerous exhibitions in England and Germany. Presented with the Judges Award at a show I now have one of my paintings on permanent display at a museum in Greater London with growing sales and commissions.
