How to Paint a River Scene en Plein Air – Art Tutorial Video – No.203

In this almost 10 minute time-lapse video David Bellamy shows us how to paint a river scene in watercolour. David explains his actions as he goes along. David was filmed working en plein air. Towards the end of his presentation David makes a strong statement warning against the wind turbines ruining our landscapes.

These ugly monstrosities not only spoil the landscape all over the world they also kill birds. I often ask myself how much energy does it take to make and maintain them? Do they ever produce enough to recover that energy?

Hope you like my choice of the day.
