Yesterday I went to a vernissage of an artist I discovered had had the same arts teacher as myself 50 years ago.

His exhibition gave us a retrospective of his work from then until now. He has worked as a professional artist all his life creating paintings, sculptures and jewelry as well as writing books.

The exhibition took place at the office building of a steel works. There must have been more that 50 people attending. After speeches by one of the directors of the company, the president of the local art society and the artist himself there was a very inviting buffet and more that 40 paintings large and small to admire.

About Pat Harrison

Painting and drawing have been my passion from early childhood. I have attended numerous exhibitions in England and Germany. Presented with the Judges Award at a show I now have one of my paintings on permanent display at a museum in Greater London with growing sales and commissions.
