Here is demo video by Serge Feeleenger who shows you how to paint with pastels. After a brief introduction this almost 6 minute time-lapse video is just amazing. Instead of drawing with his pastels Serge scapes the pigments off the pastel pencils with a knife to create a wonderful painting. The end just blows you off your feet.
