Landscape inspired by B.C.Koekkoek – Acrylic Painting

painting by Pat Harrison after B.C.Koekkoek

Autumn River

In preparation for my exhibition at the Koekkoek Museum in Cleves I have created another interpretation of the 19th century Dutch painter´s B.C.Koekkoek´s works.

It is a combination of two of his paintings. The originals were summer landscapes while my interpretation shows the scene in autumn. Their orginal formats did not fit the panaroma size I was looking for. I therefore combined two of his works.

The painting is 20x35cm in acrylics on wood.

You will find more of my landscape paintings when you click here. For an enlarged view please click on the photo. The original and limited edition prints are available upon enquiry.

About landscape painter

Painting and drawing have been my passion from early childhood. I have attended numerous exhibitions in England and Germany. Presented with the Judges Award at a show I now have one of my paintings on permanent display at a museum in Greater London with growing sales and commissions.
