Another Landscape inspired by B.C.Koekkoek – Acrylic Painting

painting by Pat Harrison aka Rainer Hillebrand

after B.C.Koekkoek

Following my exhibition at the Koekkoek Museum in Cleves I have created another interpretation of a painting by the 19th century Dutch painter B.C.Koekkoek .

I had started the work whilst demonstrating at the museum. It was completed in my studio which took me about two weeks.

In order to move the scene from the 19th century to modern times I have left out a number of figures of the original work which the Dutch master was so famous for.

The painting is 30x40cm in acrylics on wood.

You will find more of my landscape paintings when you click here. For an enlarged view please click on the photo. The original and limited edition prints are available upon enquiry.

About landscape painter

Painting and drawing have been my passion from early childhood. I have attended numerous exhibitions in England and Germany. Presented with the Judges Award at a show I now have one of my paintings on permanent display at a museum in Greater London with growing sales and commissions.
