Still Life Series – Soap Bubbles

paintings by Pat Harrison aka Rainer Hillebrand

Soap Bubbles

This still life painting shows soap bubbles on a colourful background with drops of water. In a way it combines an abstract background with realistic objects.

It is 18x13cm in acrylics on canvas panel.

Painting still lifes is a relaxing way to experiment with new ideas. They are quicker to produce than landscapes since you usually do not have to put too much detail into it. If you get the composition right it will turn out to be quite attractive.

You will find more of my paintings and an enlarged view when you click here. The original and limited edition prints are available upon enquiry.
