2018 Amnesty International Art Auction in Germany

High Expectations

painting by Pat Harrison aka Rainer Hillebrand

Half-Timbered Building

Amnesty International are going to hold their annual auction of art works on December 2 this year. This tradition has become established over the past 40 odd years. I have been contributing some of my works since 2013.

This year I have submitted the two paintings on the left. The first one shows people in front of government buildings apparently expecting to be left standing in the rain. The second painting shows a half-timbered building in a nearby town.

My paintings will be auctioned off together with the works of many other artists.

Amnesty will be able to use the fund-raising exercise to aid people around the world and artists will get the opportunity to present their works to a wide audience during the auction.

You will find more of my landscape paintings when you click here. For an enlarged view please click on the photo. Similar originals and limited edition prints are available upon enquiry.
