Online Workshops for Artists

Artists go Online

My painter friend Herdin Radtke has been teaching in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, and France for decades. He has now turned to online courses where students save a lot on travelling expenses. Modern webcams allow course participants to look over Herdin´s shoulder and listen to his explanations. It is almost like being in the studio with him. Students can also hold their work to the camera one by one so that the tutor can advise them on possible improvements.

Herdin has also produced many training videos which are being translated into English. The starter course is available now. It will give you quick satisfactory results. The workshop can be downloaded at Herdin´s Vimeo Site. He also conducts live online classes at request. By the way his techniques ensure that there aren´t any unpleasant smells of turps and the paints dry much quicker than you would normally expect.
